It’s been nearly two months since we started working on our new App. We’ve been through a lot of changes and modifications. A noticeable change has been its name. We began with the notion of calling it TeamQuest but after careful consideration, we decided to call it TeamScan. The reason behind this shift comes back to reframing its meaning.
What’s the purpose behind it?
We wanted our App to have a meaningful name that’d tell current and prospects customers what it’s about. We believe that TeamScan carries the central message of our purpose.
TeamScan offers working teams, at a very affordable cost, a clear analysis of their leadership, learning, and psychological safety behaviors while assisting them in becoming better.
Once we agreed on calling the App TeamScan, we stopped to address the core elements that’d define it:
Reliability
TeamScan delivers what is intended. It employes valid and reliable instruments that have firm support from academic research.
Simplicity
TeamScan provides direct results that are easy to understand. No mumbo jumbo.
Support
TeamScan gives action points for team leaders and team members to assist them in making the team more effective.
Finally, we set to communicate our company vision. We believe that change comes from within, each and every member of a team, no matter his/her role, is empowered to make it happen. TeamScan explicitly expresses our vision, we target it to both team members and team leaders. We advocate for giving both of them the opportunity to step in, regardless of their job position, and make their teams a better place to work and a place where they want to belong to.
We believe that change comes from within, each and every member of a team, no matter his/her role, is empowered to make it happen.
TeamScan will be launched soon! Stay tuned for our latest updates!
