At TalentMiles, we gratefully celebrate the transition from a successful 2019 to an exciting 2020. This snapshot includes the following achievements from the year that passed: 

  • TalentMiles exists to accelerate change of mindset and practise in large organisations. In 2019, this included the design and realization of a new breed of leadership-development approaches in three large organisations counted among the global leaders of their respective industries. Most importantly, in all our client companies, we continue to enjoy highly favourable feedback from practitioner leaders and specialists, who engage in using our services in developing their teams, themselves, and their business.
  • Likewise, in 2019, our strong team of experienced software developers added a large number of new features to the TalentMiles Learning Experience System. These new features allow for even more versatile use of digital support for enabling more and better dialogue and shared learning experiences in the workplace.
  • In 2019, we at TalentMiles continued our pioneering cooperation with the Department of Educational Research and Development (ERD) at Maastricht University, under the leadership of professor Wim Gijselaers. The cooperation has already resulted in the launch of the TeamScan concept for self-assessment of team-learning behaviour and, furthermore, into insightful research on the role of organisational influencer-individuals in the leadership and change of one of the largest news-media groups in the Nordics.

2020 is now underway, and we want to thank all our partners for the privilege of exploring shared opportunities of the new year.
