– A different leadership development programme

A more open culture where people feel safe and encouraged to take initiative and express leadership

Heightened capacity for remote leadership

Stronger learning capacity of participants and better ability to lead other people in their development

Leadership tools that trigger new experiences and inspire teams to take action

Leaders understand that people engage through questions rather than being served answers

Reversing the logic of leadership training

The Leadership Quest – our leadership development programme – is not about sitting in off-site workshops, it’s about discovering and using new leadership tools. The Leadership Quest sparks action and change in individuals and organisations.

We used to think that learning takes place in the physical workshops, that people need to be present at a workshop in order to learn. This meant that a leadership development programme of e.g. six months in total included a maximum of seven days of learning (if we think e.g. 3+2+2 workshop days).

By reversing the logic, we still can have physical workshops if needed, but instead of focusing on the seven workshop days, we focus on the large number of days before and between the workshops, engaging participants during the whole six month time period. Giving them the opportunity to take action and take the learnings into practice in their work environment, not only engaging themselves on an individual level, but engaging their teams in the actions, and so developing a bigger part of the whole organisation.

Throughout the programme participants are supported by a LearningCoach, ensuring no-one is left alone and everyone reaches their full learning potential.

The Leadership Quest can also be run as an online leadership development programme.

“The Leadership Quest is totally different from what I´ve ever experienced before. Through an amazing learning journey I’ve deepened my knowledge on what leadership really means, how to innovate successfully and increased my overall performance in a highly collaborative and connected world. Everyone can benefit from the wisdom found in this training.”

Tiago Marques Oliveira, Sales Manager, Portugal

“TalentMiles has helped a lot in working through all the difficult issues and I applied a few tools I learned:

  • Psychological safety
  • Active listening
  • Asking for advice and suggestions without running away from my responsibility.
  • Fighting for the rights of my people, in a controlled and responsible way.”

Marius Kriek, Operations Manager, South Africa

“The objective of this program is interesting. It made me open the mind and learn from other people inside and outside the organization. The knowledge can be implemented in real work.”

Yuthachai Sresattayakul, Area Manager, Sales and Services, Thailand

In my opinion the best thing was that the programme was spread out over several months. It made this a part of my daily work instead of having in e.g. all in one week. I got better time to reflect on our tasks in a much better way.”

Magnus Eriksson, Leadership Global Technical Support Specialist, Sweden

“The most important thing I have learned is that this programme doens’t hold you from doing your job. It is an extension to your job, it is complementary. I loved the way it triggered my curiousity. I also admit that it made me urge for more.”

Natasja van den Bogaert, Account Manager, The Netherlands

“I loved this adventure.”

Vincent Celsi, Product Manager, France
