The TalentMiles Leadership Quest is a hybrid learning path consisting of a live kick-start event, FutureWorks, followed by set of engaging, inspiring and eye-opening learning missions delivered through the TalentMiles App. Each participant drives their own learning with the help of our action-first signature missions, creating an agile, open culture in your organisation.
The Leadership Quest features cutting edge leadership thinking from the world’s leading research institutes and incorporates themes such as psychological safety and shared leadership into your company’s day to day work. As opposed to most other leadership programs, the TalentMiles Leadership Quest does not rely on lectures and powerpoint presentations, but opens doors for discovery and new collaboration right in the midst of your daily work. Action triggers reflection and leads to real learning.
The TalentMiles App enables the Leadership Quest to be scaled for groups from 15 up to thousands of participants. Participants are supported by the Learning Coach throughout the Quest, ensuring everyone reaches their full learning potential.
