Reversing the logic of leadership training
The Leadership Quest – our leadership development programme – is not about sitting in off-site workshops, it’s about discovering and using new leadership tools. The Leadership Quest sparks action and change in individuals and organisations.
We used to think that learning takes place in the physical workshops, that people need to be present at a workshop in order to learn. This meant that a leadership development programme of e.g. six months in total included a maximum of seven days of learning (if we think e.g. 3+2+2 workshop days).
By reversing the logic, we still can have physical workshops if needed, but instead of focusing on the seven workshop days, we focus on the large number of days before and between the workshops, engaging participants during the whole six month time period. Giving them the opportunity to take action and take the learnings into practice in their work environment, not only engaging themselves on an individual level, but engaging their teams in the actions, and so developing a bigger part of the whole organisation.
Throughout the programme participants are supported by a LearningCoach, ensuring no-one is left alone and everyone reaches their full learning potential.
The Leadership Quest can also be run as an online leadership development programme.
