Die mobil optimierte TalentMiles WebApp ist ein digitales Tool, um organisationsinterne Lernprozesse zu unterst\u00fctzen, voranzutreiben, und messen zu k\u00f6nnen. Alle TalentMiles Angebote werden durch die TalentMiles App unterst\u00fctzt, was sie skalierbar, und daher auch f\u00fcr gr\u00f6\u00dfere Gruppen von bis zu 1000 Teilnehmenden nutzbar macht.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Die TalentMiles App ist <\/span>KEINE<\/b> Lernplattform. Im Gegensatz zu traditionellen Lernplattformen sind die Teilnehmenden der TalentMiles Programme nicht auf Online-Learning beschr\u00e4nkt, oder werden nur passiv mit Informationen berieselt. Stattdessen regen die TalentMiles Lernpfade dazu an vor Ort zu lernen, und begleitet das Online-Lernprogramm mit Workshops und pers\u00f6nlichen Treffen der Teilnehmenden, sowie Kollaboration in lokalen oder digitalen Teams.<\/span><\/p>\n

Durch die Web-App kann jederzeit und \u00fcberall gelernt werden. Da die App auf Prinzipien der Gamifizierung aufbaut, sind die Teilnehmenden motivierter als mit herk\u00f6mmlichen Lernplattformen, und entwickeln einen intrinsischen Ehrgeiz, ihre Lernziele zu erreichen. Die App trackt den Lernfortschritt der Teilnehmenden, und macht die Aktivit\u00e4ten somit sicht- und messbar f\u00fcr Teilnehmende, Learning Coaches und Vorgesetzte.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
